During the summer, Joe traveled to Colombia, Argentina and Mexico to explore the history and culture that influenced the development of magic realism in Latin American literature. Joe’s project is one of three that will be published as a poster to be used by Fund for Teachers and the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction as an outstanding example of what the Fund for Teachers Fellowship program is all about.
